This is Winston. He suffered a tibial tuberosity avulsion fracture at five months old, an injury that occurs when a tendon pulls a piece of bone away from the shinbone. Thanks to you, we were able to cover the surgery he needed, and he was adopted a mere three weeks later ❤️‍🩹
