Here's how you regulate them: make it too expensive for them to exist. Constantly having to fix and replace them and spend money on new equipment and man-hours etc. will work better than any law ever will. WE must be the ones who watch the watchers. The GOAL is to prevent them from watching.

Who gives a fuck what laws they pass? Chop these fucking things down and uproot them like weeds. Living under constant, ubiquitous state surveillance is not freedom. This shit must die.

Good! I was waiting to pick up groceries in my car when a weird car with cameras on frames on the outside of the car went up and down the rows capturing license plates. It was the strangest thing, almost violating. That was about a year ago.

It's not enough, remove all flock cameras, & all state owned/operated mass surveillance technologies

I hate everything Flock is. It and other companies like it must be burned down. I see legitimate reasons for license plate readers in law enforcement if there are court orders to review the data and iron clad protection to guarantee their use. If that can’t be done, then we don’t need them. 

The Ban Flock Act, introduced by Sens. Bernie Sanders and Jeff Merkley and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, would stop federal agencies from using automatic license plate readers.

This legislation is too limited. There are all kinds of surveillance tools being used without the publics knowledge and I assure you being misused by both public and private entities. Flock is the hot button topic right now mostly already being addressed community by community.

No such thing as a “secure network,” or a “disabled camera.”

Or a green laser, your choice.

Needs to be taken further. As in, ban them everywhere. Take them all down.
