think I've finally fixed the microstutters I was getting all the time by doing a full clean driver install + disabling Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling (not sure why this was on, I thought I had it off ages ago)

I rarely play games anymore when I'm not streaming so it took me forever to notice and fix this. Gonna maybe play some games today as a little treat to myself.
