For years the doors of opportunity have opened readily for presentable white men (PWM); for others, not so much. In this land of opportunity, it is right for a government of, by and for the people to raise awareness of this often unconscious bias. DEIA is that.

It's understandable PWM's would chafe at the qualifying of their historically privileged access. But their anti-DEIA reaction is poised to limit the economic and creative potential that diversity has been proven to foster.
