Over 100 days after Mahmoud Khalil was unjustly arrested and detained because of his advocacy for Palestinian rights, he has been released on bail. We celebrate that Mahmoud will finally be home with his wife and newborn son while his case proceeds.

So sucks that he can’t get back what he missed. Ashli Babbit’s, family was awarded almost $5 million and she stormed the capitol on Jan. 6 and was breaking into a window in the speakers lobby. She was an insurrectionist. Mahmoud Khalil was a peaceful protester. What is he owed?

Outstanding. Justice Holds. You know, I don't support Khalil's position on the 7-Oct. Hamas attack on civilians. But I 100% support his right to exercise his first amendment rights, without sacrificing his 4th., 5th., 6th. and 14th. amendment protections. 104 day of unlawful detention is UnAmerican.
