I agree. One thing I learned in DC is, apparently, you have to make yourself homeless to get into the shelter/housing program. But that lasts a few weeks and you get kicked out so you’re worse than you started. Told to me by a mother of two. 😰

During the Great Depression, unhoused Americans built Hoovervilles. Trumpvilles should be built on the National Mall and other prominent locations.

Musk got a contract and billions for Starlink, Altman wants billions for AI, Thiel gets billions in support for Palantir to spy on us, all billionaires get tax cuts that add 5 trillion to the debt while many Americans are homeless and health care and education are only for the rich now. America!

And mental health treatment. And drug treatment. And fair paying jobs. And regulations on landlords. And a whole lot more that we need to have as a baseline for any society.
