#ProudBlue #DV1 DHS rules developed in the dark may turn out be unconstitutional later. We don't have enough lawyers & courts to get every offense adjudicated any time soon. In the meantime, think of your safety. Don't throw a sub sandwich!

You expect different from a bunch of thugs who sexually abuse every detainee they kidnap? They don’t care, they hope it’s wrong so they can snatch more people to sell into sex trafficking and sexual slavery

This is madness. I know, you are doing everything in your power to stop them - and I thank you very much for that.......but, we are living in fear. This madman is doing whatever he wants, and getting away with it. None of these Nazi thugs are are held to account.

DHS opinions are not law. We can still refuse. But remember this: all cops are power-mad tyrants. Exercising your rights will likely have immediate consequences. But the long-term results are better than letting them strip you of your rights altogether.

As Representative Bennie G. Thompson said: “ICE using a mobile biometrics app in ways its developers at CBP never intended or tested is a frightening, repugnant, and unconstitutional attack on Americans’ rights and freedoms."
