They have every right to they don't need to be allowed they already do

If federal agents are not above the law and you need to pass legislation to allow federal agents to be sued, are they then actually above the law?

We can all hold them to it ourselves but groups like this don't want to teach us how to actually fight back.

They sb criminally liable for all legal transgressions. They sb held to a higher standard, not a lower one.

This please to the repugnican controlled congress to pass sensible legislation shows how out of touch the ACLU is with the current system

It's not enough to just be able to sue. Suing takes a lot of time and money. Do we only have the rights we can afford to protect in court? Unacceptable.

We also need to be pushing for self defense against them as we would any other threat. If a roving street gang WITHOUT the funding of the government was terrorizing and abducting innocent people, we'd have been out there fighting back already. Why are we cowing and refusing to take a stand now?
