Across the country, federal agents are intimidating and brutalizing people just for exercising their First Amendment right to record law enforcement in public. Urge your representatives in Congress to pass the Right to Record Act and protect our constitutional right to document the truth.

This will never pass until the Republicans are out of office. Every ounce of focus needs to be on that fight. Everything else is just noise meant as a distraction.

No law is needed, it is already 100% legal. What needs to be created (at the state level) is severe penalties for anyone who harasses the people videoing.
