Sadly, I can’t trust the USPS to get me my ballot and return it on time. So, can I get my ballot in the mail and vote in person. Thanks to TRump and Red support, they have broken a system that worked generally.

No it's not, they don't give a fuck about the ruling and there's no reason they would feel beholden to it since there have been ZERO consequences.
