BREAKING: We're suing Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and the National Institutes of Health Director for their ideologically-driven termination and censorship of biomedical research grants. Targeting views the government disagrees with for not aligning with a political agenda is unconstitutional.

While our ongoing litigation against NIH successfully reinstated hundreds of grants, the agency's current policies continue to target certain viewpoints in violation of the First Amendment. We won't stop until this censorship ends and all grants that've been unlawfully canceled are restored.
