Great. Sad that my first thought was about this in light of SCOTUS's political bias rather than how the law was interpreted. Will we ever return to valuing SCOTUS for upholding aws based on the merits?

Despite this decision the DOJ will do what they want to do, Court Order be Damned.

That’s great news, but why can DHS deny medical care and medications in detainment camps?

Good ruling. Pity there isn't anyone willing and able to hold the administration accountable for its actions when it inevitably violates said ruling.

Knowing this administration, this decision won’t stop them from denying care to the people. There have been no consequences for ignoring the courts so far.

But is it a temporary ruling or will it be reevaluated on its merits later?
