Just contacted a company we bought a $200 license from in 2018 and asked about transferring the software to a new PC and they said "Yep just install the trial, send the code and I'll send you a new key." I wish every software company was like that.

That was like me last night transferring cell providers. Everything online through eSim, no broken English tech reps, no waiting in stores. Did it right from my computer in the comfort of my own home while sipping coffee. We need more easy moments in life like this.
