Just 2 years ago you were able to go out and most local game stores had booster boxes for sale as well as packs, but now you can't get anything without preorders.

I remember going around with a friend on the weekend paldea evolved came out only 2 years ago and I was able to buy 3 booster boxes from various stores, now if I did that if it wasn't on release day there would be 0 stock.

Even if you go to an EB games, there is no stock of the latest sets. They only have packs of sets from 2+ years ago. Have they just decreased the stock available in Australia when the demand hasn't gone down or is the scalping problem just that bad even outside urban areas?
