@walterolson.bsky.social on Maryland's Question 3, I thought I'd read at one point that it reverses a court ruling to restore the previous status quo? Policy questions of gerrymandering aside, is that accurate?

It reverses the court decision that struck down the last attempted gerrymander, and reverts the legal standard to what had long prevailed before: no Maryland constitutional standards for House districting, and approval a sure thing no matter how extreme the lines.
