Is there anyway you could do a report on why we pay ppl who DO NOT DO THEIR JOBS. In the real world you would either get docked your pay or be fired. Not paid for vacations up the wazoo/not completing any "projects" you were assigned. Simple as that. Yet we continue to pay these assholes.
