We REALLY want to know what's going on at Heroku ...so we wrote them a letter 🤷‍♂️

Customers: we need newer gen instances and better size options! Heroku: we re-wrote our CLI again! 🙄 We completed our move off and just from using newer instances our p50 response time cut in half.

Just AWS, deploying with Kamal, provisioned with TF. It’s been…interesting. Leaning on the LLMs made TF possible and only then because I have enough AWS experience. Just overprovisioning which is still cheaper than Heroku. We miss Judoscale though 🥲
