why aren't we seeing an explosion of high quality software? if the most established use case of AI is coding we ought to see some change. and there is an increase of small tools, definitely in their feature set but it comes with definite decrease in quality

more established software companies too should ship at least faster if not at a higher quality. but very few do, if any at all. my point being that the change should be very obvious. it's been too long since the tools are apparently capable enough to code to not see...something.
