Quick point. Trump cannot silence you, period. He doesn’t have the means or the tools, and if he did he would be too weak to use them. This is a bluff. It only works if you let it.

Even if they'd ultimately win a court battle, the average American can't afford to pay for an attorney to defend them. They can't afford to lose their job and be blacklisted if their employer is pressured to fire them. They can't afford security details to protect them from potential violence.
