To fix this, #Europe must stop relying solely on bank financing. We can unlock dormant money by offering smart #TaxIncentives for investors, just like #Sweden 🇸🇪 does, and by safely mobilizing small portions of institutional capital from pension funds. The foundation for success already exists.
