Has anyone noticed slow downs in Rspec test suite when upgrading from Ruby 3.4 to 4.0 ? Our test suits with 4.0 is 2x slower than 3.4 We have no changes beside the Ruby version to upgrade to 4.0

That’s very odd. I would have expected a significant speed up to be honest because RSpec allocates a lot of objects, especially when used with factorybot.

Can you instrument each test with timing information? It would be interesting to see if all tests are slower on average or if there’s a few specific ones that are *much* slower.
