Looks like the MCU is slowing; Captain America: Civil War opened at $179 million 9 years ago.

It also had a loaded ensemble cast and was the debut of Spider-Man and Black Panther. No one was expecting this movie to reach that level, but 100m for a movie with such troubled production is pretty impressive. Fantastic Four and Avengers will be the real test.
