I can’t rule out that a beehive is more conscious than I am, tbh I don’t usually think of it that way but it seems totally unresolvable from where I stand

More conscious is so hard to even grasp. I’ve certainly been more or less conscious in a given moment (Than another). I guess that’s like the enlightenment ladder and all. But then does a beehive reflect on itself? Does it experience dukkha? does a beehive have Buddha nature?
