100k tests in 19 seconds mmmm yummy

That's just how fast the typescript-go tests run 🙂‍↕️ (With build caching, but without test caching)

We have like 50k+ compiler tests, and the fact that our ASTs are immutable and thread safe means that we can reuse them across all tests. Without that we take like 50 seconds to run those tests instead of 6 seconds
