I have a hard time reading lots of text and sometimes it's easier to process if I hear it. I just want my phone to read for me without needing me to interact, like an audiobook. Google's TalkBack seems pretty close but it's still annoying to use.

The voice and cadence don't have to be perfect, but it just needs a good html text filter and an interface like an audiobook. It can't be that hard to build into Android/iOS. My phone has a chip that is capable of this, and the software lags so far behind.
