Climate change is causing massive global issues and every government has a responsibility in trying to mitigate it. Yet the current government in Turtle Island/Canada is trying to skirt its responsibility by demanding the court strike down an effort by an environmental youth group.

That effort by Ecojustice would ensure our country update its regulations to meet its climate target. That’s it. And even this, the government doesn’t want to be responsible for.
