Over the past week, two more registrants of third-level .name domains have filed reconsideration requests with ICANN, asking the board to reverse the organization's decision to allow Verisign to eliminate their domain names. I agree with them. This is one of those cases where ICANN and Verisign should recognize their mistake and reverse course because eliminating these registrations undermines trust in both organizations.
