Trump IN Salina, KS on Halloween? KSAL: "Kansas GOP says event will feature remarks by Trump." It's going to be a taped appearance. Not even a remote, live, appearance, but taped. Mark my words. They did NOT, in any way, say he was going to APPEAR in Salina. Very careful w/words they were.

From the event signup page, where they use the word FEATURING, not the word APPEARING. Maybe it's just me. But for now, I think this will be a virtual appearance. "Join us for a Midterm Rally taking place in Salina, Kansas on Saturday, October 31, featuring President Donald J. Trump."
