Explaining corrections to someone/something else might the the furthest I ever feel from flow state. Perhaps flow state requires that there is no transfer of state. And no use of language to perform actions. Both of those seem to use a much less pleasant part of the brain.

No, not when typing them imo. That feels I'm constrained by my fingers perhaps, but I'm directly putting my brain state on screen, not first transforming it to another form of state. So perhaps I mean transformation is bad, not transfer. In that way, writing a book or blog post can be flow too.
