Say what you will but MARTA was literally built to shuttle an unfathomable amount of people to and from downtown Atlanta as efficiently as possible.

The only reason we don’t see frequencies and general ops like this from MARTA everyday is that it receives $0 in state funding. Everything else is downstream of that.

anyway the math is pretty simple, you just put a stadium within walking distance of a huge tourist friendly area walking distance from 10 heavy rail stations, light rail stations, and BRT stations and it all just kinda works out. If only our land use didn’t constantly sabotage this.
