Those GDP per capita figures ones aren’t the ones I’m seeing. And yes, a downturn was inevitable when the money machine stopped going brrrrr. The difference is that now inflation is at least stable (if not amazing) and getting out from under the IMF’s heel is a real possibility.

That's a year and small change into his administration. You can't fix an economy built on money printing in a fortnight. Milei is a clown in a million ways but the Peronists are profoundly worse. Massa would've been a disaster.
