I recently read the SF book "The Door in the Penrose Forest" by Sean David Robinson A major plot element had migrating monarchs being attracted to a door created by Nikola Tesla between parallel world lines. The author got some Monarch facts wrong (e.g. adults eating milkweed) I learned as a child
