@andrewwangg.bsky.social with strictExecutionOrder and removing a top-level await (i18n), bundled dev now works for us, HMR included 🙇🎉. It seems like Rolldown's generated code makes each module await its own init, which never finishes when a top-level await makes that init async.

we haven’t supported TLA in bundled-dev mode yet. it needs a big refactor to the current bundled-dev architecture. but we will do it. please stay tuned
