I heard a fair amount of detailed analysis of Project 2025 from independent media, but very little from mainstream corporate media. I think they thought it went over people’s heads, and they’re trying to play to a mass audience. Maybe they should give viewers more credit, even scare us when needed

This is the sort of lack of self-introspection that we don't need. We could have and should have done better in 2024 and it's our fault. And Joe Biden is at the center of our political failures.

The corporate media also made Joe Biden's age a big issue, when it is not, but never said anything about Trump's same advanced age or about how so many, most, of Trump's speeches in the last stretch of his campaigned were not at all normal. Not a peep.

People looked at 2025. The tenants are, 1. Secure our borders. 2. Give education to our local communities and parents. 3. No boys I girls sports. 4. Decrease the size of gov’t. 5. Balance the budget. 6. Protect the unborn. Which one of these don’t you agree with?

You nailed it once again. I hated the lengthy nitpicking on fashion choices and age and who worked at McDonald’s, ad nauseum. Yet the orange guy has/is broken/breaking laws without regard or restraint and little to none of it covered in media.

Trump's edge was in low-information voters who blamed the incumbent administration for higher prices at the supermarket and who figured maybe Trump would make the prices at the supermarket lower. Those low-information voters would NEVER have been reachable with increased exposure of Project 2025.
