to anyone else stumbling on this, Jason accidentally posted like 100 Upgrade episode notifications at the same time and I was making a stupid joke about it bsky.app/profile/snel...

So here's what happened: @relay.fm migrated its server to a new host. In doing so, it changed the GUIDs (unique IDs) on our RSS feed from "www.relay.fm" to "relay.fm", thereby making it appear that all the episodes of Upgrade were new. I apologize for the inconvenience.
