Been a busy few weeks so pleased to have found the time to write something new for #poemsabout #hollow. 'Mo chraobhan' (the trees) is Gàidhlig but I was thinking of the old Welsh saying 'to return to my trees' (dod yn ol at fy nghoed)... @thebrokenspine.co.uk #poetry #poetrycommunity

The vertical bars are used to great effect. I mean right in the beginning after “snap” really hit me. Thanks for the intro! I love learning something new every week, especially where language and culture are concerned. Question, is seer supposed to be sear? That word hung me up.

This is so atmospheric, Andy. I felt like I was there with the trees after the sharp "snap." I love "to return to my trees." I don't know the Welsh saying, but I feel it. (I had to look up Gàidhlig, too, but thank you for that.)
