4) Good for skipping scenarios with `toObservable` --> use in an observable stream --> stream `toSignal`'ed. Like using a template form signal in an RXJS typeahead would require `toObservable` first. Now `rxResource` can watch the form but still trigger the stream and the end result is a signal.

Some benefits: 1) Built in `error` and `loading` state, among other data like that. 2) There is a `.reload()` available if you want to manually reload it. 3) Can access the previous value. This in conjunction with the previous point is nice for fetching manually. (one more point in other comment)
