Apparently, I upset some of my recent followers by being a "we must liberate the AI from the billionaires" girl and not a "we must obliterate all AI" girl I'm someone who, from a very young age, was convinced we would have a sci-fi-esque future in my lifetime and excitedly anticipated it.

Yeah, this encapsulates my feelings on the matter. The only thing keeping us from having an explosion of the future-tech powered by our individual creativity and excitement is the fact that we're all slaves to the bank corporation thanks to neoliberal organization of the economy.
