My birthday month is Sept, so I checked the stats. Sept is peak birthday month in England & Wales. 26 Sept tops the ONS list. Count back 39 weeks and it's Christmas. Make of that what you will. Fewer babies are born on the 13th of any month than the days around it. Mine's 13 Sept. Of course it is.
