BREAKING: A new outbreak of the highly contagious Ebola virus has been confirmed in Congo’s eastern Ituri province, Africa’s top public health body said. There have been 246 suspected cases and 65 deaths recorded so far.

God help us if Ebola makes its way into the US. The current administration is utterly unfit to deal with a virus outbreak. Kennedy Jr. is the most useless head of HHS in the history of this country. The damage he has done so far will be nothing if he has to deal with a dangerous virus in the US.

The bad news is that Ebola has made it to the US before. The good news is that we had a president who knew what to do about it by putting the unironically best people in charge.
