That is, "Medicare for All" is only a "dream" because it is too far in the future AND has too many implementation details. "Direct pay" is realistic, immediate, and a 1st step towards HC4ALL for $1T per year less than now Data driven, model-based, actuarially sound Using existing mechanisms!
