Average cost to charge your vehicle in California at public charging stations now costs $0.466 per kWh according to AAA. With 300 days of sunny weather annually, that would be over $600 per year of savings.

That is still insanely high though. The electricity in my house is $0.0112 kWh. Outside of California. I think to charge a car should cost way less than powering a 3 bedroom house. IMO

I’m currently living in a motorhome with an inverter, microwave, filter coffee machine, pressure cooker, extract fans + computers, phones, electric bike and vacuum cleaner batteries to be charged and we only use 1.2 kWh a day.
