i'm really proud of this policy. it's not perfect, but i think it's close to the best that was possible given all the constraints. i'm excited that this will make things easier for mods and reviewers, and hopeful that it will spark change in Rust's governance. blog.rust-lang.org/inside-rust/...

Good job stewarding this through - it can't have been easy. Also, wise to put "The policy affects the following groups of people" up front.
