The Quiet Man, with John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara is a film that hit home this past week. Maureen's character is obsessed with having her ' dowry, her things' about her. My mother has dementia. I was going to get rid of clutter. Her things are her happy thoughts and memories. I finally understand.
