After some months I finally had the time to complete the upgrade of the Raspberry Pi running the remote controlled sign on my office. What a pain. But here it is again, younger than ever!

This was all cause by LRZ deciding to require a newer SSL version to connect to eduroam, which required updating the raspian which brought a new network manager. What finally made it all work was updated documentation at LRZ. And adopting everything to wayland.
