I could not, in my wildest dreams, have prepared myself for the turnout. Thank you, each and every one of you, for coming by, looking at Saturn, and talking with us. And a HUGE thanks to @rocketsystem.bsky.social! This wouldn't have been possible without them! We hope to return next year!! #AFC25

#AFC25 and Saturn's opposition shall be occurring at the same time. Because of this, @rocketsystem.bsky.social and I shall be be doing sidewalk astronomy on Saturday night from 10 PM to 12 AM, with our telescopes set up on the Southern Plaza (near registration). Come see Saturn and nerd out with us!

My final addendum: Thank you so much to @anotherfurrycon.com staff—particularly @alofoxx.bsky.social—for working with us on such short notice to allow us to do this in the first place.
