Matthew James Obadiah Allen (aka Nur-D) was beaten by ICE after killing of Alex Pretti who was a 37-year-old ICU nurse who was fatally shot by U.S. Border Patrol agents in Minneapolis on January 24, 2026, during a confrontation related to immigration enforcement protests.
