Sen. Andy Kim: "People are angry, frustrated, feeling like they're seeing and hearing about things happening on our soil with our taxpayer dollars that are not in line with our values as a nation. I feel it too."

Why do politicians keep saying that? What is happening IS in line with US values. Greed, mistreatment of minorities and women, valuing the rich over the poor and working class, was built into the nation's constitution and DNA.

I’ll be honest here, I don’t like when republicans talk this way….so I don’t prefer him to speak this way either. And yes, I agree with him. But there is a different way to speak about this topic. This is the framework of the conservative abortion argument

Time for your AG it take a look at how corporate contracts are doled out in your state…..states have the ability to dictate how these corporations do business…..https://staturelegal.law/blog/contracts-101-interpretation-and-enforcement-of-contracts-under-new-jersey-law/

Andy Kim and 6 other Dems -after careful and thorough review of her background, MAGA loyalty, vision, shooting her dog and commitment to mass deportations- proudly voted to confirm Kristi Noem. He sure is fighting hard for a mulligan.

I just cringe when I see Dana Bash. He is just a Zionist propagandist with zero interest to cover the news. She and Tapper let Trump run amok and bullshit his way during the Biden /Trump debate. Shameful I am sure she is still have a job in the new Ellisons CNN. Pathetic!

My idea is that once Dems are in control, they should send inspectors in and fine these private prisons with every possible infraction to the point that the corporations willingly shutdown their prisons because it costs them too much money. Then open them to civil lawsuits.

Anyone else notice that the hunger strikes and peaceful protests brought attention to this situation, but Gov Sherrill didn’t step in until a handful of protesters turned violent? If leaders want peaceful protests to be effective, maybe step in and act sooner? I’m not pro-violence, but it worked!

"I feel it too." Great. I appreciate you bringing attention to those gulags but you were elected to do something. Cut off their money. Sue the executive branch and stop the theft of our money. Work with states and shut down Trump's gulags. Do your work.

“Frustrated” is how I feel when the toner needs to be changed in the office printer and I’m in a hurry. Senator Kim is one of the good ones, but respectfully - better ways to put this are “terrified, incensed, outraged, livid, seething, disgusted.”

It’s as though no-one sees his White House extension, his hosting a big fight party, building a stadium in the back garden, buying shares in the performing company and having the cheek to charge it all to the taxpayers he’s supposed to be protecting!

Anyone else have issues with video playback? Cuts off for me just before Sen. Kim begins speaking - and volume is x each time I click replay

It’s way past time to get rid of the 300 lb. ALBATROSS in the White House. He’s unraveling. His dementia gets worse by the day. They’re not telling the truth about his health mentally or physically. The man is out of touch with reality. Our Country deserves a President with a functioning brain. 🤷‍♀️😳☮️💔

It would be cool to create a crowd sourced montage. People singing their fav patriotic songs mixed with why we love the American idea. My Filipino/Am cousins sang that song we learned in school, “this is my country…”
