The Republican idea is that lawmakers were historically above the law, and therefore Republicans are above the law. SCOTUS affirms that idea when it acts to protect Executive power to violate the Constitution until it rules otherwise, as with allowing tariffs to be collected until SCOTUS ruled.

This administration has totally disregarded Rule of Law. The extensive criminal behavior of Trump and his lackeys supported by SCOTUS only proves there's a different standard of justice applied to the rich and powerful. This has to stop and leadership restored to leaders with ethics.
