Finally finished Xenosaga today - what an incredible game. I really wish Takahashi actually got to do 6 episodes and told the entire story. I have a newfound appreciation for KOSMOS. The entire story was insanely good, and 3 really managed to tie things up nicely.

I wasn't really sure when Episode 2 came around, given how much of a slog and sudden shift came to be for that part of the game. Epsiode 3 fixed everything for me, everything is so much faster, the story was insanely good and well paced, and the combat was really fun.

I genuinely enjoyed the story a lot, and I can understand why people loved it as much as or sometimes even prefer it over the Xenoblade series
